Nordic inspired Saison - Light, crisp, refreshing saison with hints of citrus and spice behind its specialty sourced Scandinavian barley & wheat backbone. 

Nordic Dubbel

Nordic inspired Dubble - Dark, malty, Belgian style dubble, marrying spice with hints of chocolate and coffee. Dancing the fine balance between malty sweet caramel and high drinkability. Brewed with only the finest Scandinavian barley.

Nordic Tripel

Nordic inspired Triple -  a Belgian-style Tripel with Nordic Nuance. Brewed with pure Arctic water, Crafted with golden Scandinavian malts, subtle spice, fruit & a hint of zest for a crisp, clean finish. Its Monastic tradition meets pure nordic nature.

About us

Who are we?

We are Scandinavian based brewing collective, inviting people to a shared connection and kinship; through artisanal ales that challenge both ideology and tradition.  

What is the Eucharist?

The Eucharist [ yoo-kuh-rist ] is what many religious establishments call "Communion". However in the early days of the Christian church, before it became a tasteless wafer and some weak grape juice; the Eucharist was a "potluck" dinner with a metaphysical undertone; a communal celebration with food and drink. 


You might not go to church,(for good reason) but our desire is to facilitate the best part of all that; connection and kinship. Simply put, we hope to brew beer, so special it has to be shared... and in that sharing; maybe (if you´re not too busy enjoying yourself), a glimmer of something mystical.

Our "Cult"

We take a lot of inspiration from trappist monasteries, but can´t call ourselves monks, far from it!  In fact, breaking traditions out of boxes & questioning everything, lies at the heart of what we do. We do however, think that the well known story of a peasant agitator and radical lover of the poor, who was murdered by the state and the interests of the privileged; yet still a boundless source of love, and forgiveness; is a relevant story for society today.
